Well. I've been gone a long time, eh? I've been to hell and.. currently on my way back. 
I'm so annoyed at being blocked at both battlemaster and fanfictiondotnet. Why It department, why?? Surely you must take satisfaction at seeing me all blubbery and inasne. ;_; Ah well.

Okay, over it somewhat. I'll just overlook that and, uhh.. overlook that. I'll just access them from home - provided that I do get home early. So. What's been up with me, you ask?
Well, Saturday, Mii-chan, Ogie, and I went to the 6th ToyCon in Megatrade (I even took pictures of the poster, but then again I'm a bit lazy to upload it.). It was a bit late - we arrived there 7pm. Actually, we weren't supposed to go, but Lhen was there, so yeah, we decided to go anyway, even if it's a little late. We didn't go inside, though. A bit of a waste to go inside when the convention closes around 10 pm. So we just had dinner and well, went home. I just wanted to see Lhen, anyways.
Sunday had me blowing 500+ bucks for honey cake and drinks for my Oneesama's birthday and Father's day. The honey cake was nice, but for the life of me, I cannot remember the truly awesome cake that I had delivered to my house for my younger brother's birthday. Boo.
Monday, I was still hobbling around, barely able to walk normally, nor was I able to go down the stairs like a woman my age does. Apparently, I ran around too much in high heels (3 inch high heels, for the love of God,) last Friday, all around the mall and into one of the buildings on the back of my office. Woe. Never again. I had a half day, went to see the doctor, then watched Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer with Mark.
...am I completely crazy, or am I the only one who thinks Silver Surfer is absolutely, extremely hot? It doesn't help that the one who did the voice for him was Laurence Fishbourne. Damn you, movie with the silver dude - the fantastic four left me unimpressed, but you, the silver dude, had me staring at you adoringly.
Tuesday had me being ordered by my younger brother (who's a Physical Therapist in training due to graduate this year, wow.) to completely rest my left leg, so that it can recover from all that walking-in-heels stress. Of course, that gave me the oppurtunity to take care of my chubby little nephew, who's nine months old and is almost around 10 pounds. So all the time I was holding him, my arms were screaming, "Let go of the little kid, for gawd's sake! Leggoo!!"
But hey, who cares about sore arms when you have an adoring little nephew who persists on slobbering my Kenshin plushie with saliva-driven affection? So cute.
So today, I'm actually missing my boss -he's in Singapore right now, attending CommunicAsia2007 expo, lucky him- but then again, he'll be back by Friday, so no more vacation for me. Ah well. It was fun while it lasted. I'll keep my fingers crossed, hoping it'll actually happen again.
And yes, I'm wearing heels. Who says I can't wear heels?

1. I don't get bored. Really. If you leave my by myself, I'll be okay with it, because I don't need someone else to hold my hand.
2. I have a temper - but I hold it in with iron will. I've learned the hard way that shooting your mouth off while angry will bring nothing but more ill-feelings -and karma- to you.
3. I hate being in the spotlight. I'd rather work behind the scenes, be the photographer than the photographed, the designer rather than the model, the director rather than the actress.
4. I only get sleepy during bus, car, *insert any mode of transportation here* ride. But when I lie in bed.. poof! goes the sleepiness. I have no idea why.
5. I have too warm hands. Once I held a digital thermometer between the pads of my fingers, and it shot up to 46 degrees celcius - not really kidding about this.
There you have it~! Not gonna tag anyone else because... well, that would be troublesome, lol. Two updates in a day! Wouldja believe that!

I've only just realized that I spent more than I should this week - I bought moisturizer (which is, now that I think about it, absolutely necessary) and spent more on food.
No wonder I'm getting fat.
Anyway. Most of my out-of-town trips will be notable lessened, so

noin_claude , yoru_morino , any ideas on how I'd spent my free Saturdays? I've thought about signing up for membership in a gym (i.e. Gold's Gym, Fitness First, Slimmer's World?!!), but nixed that idea because it'll be more of a financial burden than anything else. One of my officemates suggested Badminton Saturdays, and I agreed, but then I remembered that my racket is with my Jill-neesan, and the only racket left in the house is, tadaa, a tennis racket.I can't exactly play badminton with that, can I?
So guys, any ideas? If we only have enough money in our pockets, we could think of a business and do that as a side-line every week, wherein I'll chip in every weekends... Sorta like a stall or something, I don't know. You know how much I hate free time, guys. I need to plan something or do something, or else I go loony.

So. Yeah, new layout. Sorry it took a long time - I guess I was just too lazy to bother. Kudos to Hatori, for nagging me to update, lol. I haven't been posting here much, either. I guess I'm just.. wary? I don't know. Most of my personal stuff are posted in livejournal (Hint! Hint! Mii-chan, you should have an account in Livejournal, too~!) and I don't think I'm going to post them here really soon.
Paranoid, but oh well, that's me. Anyway. So, uhh, what's new? Hmn. As I've said, one of the techinical consultants have been put as our temporary Department head, so we're all scrambling. Reports and tracking sheets are demanded regularly, so I've been working round the clock. My boss assured me that my special promotion isn't affected though, and he said the new dept head might promote me again this year.
I can only hope.
So, our old department head got himself a new department to head (gah, how redundant, but I found no other way to phrase this differently, lol) and well - I still think he's acting childishly, taking away most of my deparment's stuff like that to give to his new department. It was our department budget which bought those stuff, anyway.
But oh well, the guy just got torn away from us, and he pretty much loved his old job, so I guess some childishness is due. It's a good thing that I anticipated these kind of stuff and budgeted enough for our department to recover. Pfft - an assistant's job is never done!
In addition to the technicians I'm handling, I'm going to handle the outsource contractors as well, so I'm crossing my fingers that I might be able to handle the sudden influx of work. I might be going to the office during Saturday, every other week, so.. Grabe. Am I officially a workalholic?
Uhm, don't answer that, guys. I might not like the answer, lol.
Oh, and.. I might be looking for a dorm or a bedspacer soon. My lola's demanding rent from my parents (and only from our family, wouldja believe that?). The reason why I'm so outraged is that only our family was the only one to be charged with rent... While my other uncles and aunties living here in the compound isn't even charged a single cent.
Heck, even one of my uncles live like a king! He doesn't even have to pay for water (my lola pays for that) or even electricity (my family pays for that). So, yeah. My parents and younger brothers might move back to our house in Bulacan, while I remain here because of work.
Actually, I'm hoping they might go back - all this bad air isn't doing good for my dad, plus the living expenses there are pretty cheap, too! He'll also be sorrounded by loved ones, and friends.. Not like here, where he's sorrounded by controversy and gossip.
Wow! A pretty long update! There's pretty much so many things happening right now, that my head's kinda jumbled.. But I guess things will be alright.
